| Comment | a pretty golden pheasant was running around in the area of the fountain - a red squirrel could also be seen here, but was too quick to be photographed - excerpt from Wikipedia: In 2012, five red squirrels were introduced to the "Abbey Gardens". Only two survived, so in 2013 the "British Wildlife Centre" in Surrey provided a new colony, which was flown by helicopter on a routine flight from "RNAS Culdrose" to Tresco. |
