Each of these tandem gantry cranes is 83.5 metres high, with a water-side boom length of 67.5 metres and weighs 2,250 tons. In tandem operation, when the high-tech cranes shift two 40-ft. containers at the same time using their two spreaders, they are able to lift a load of up to 125 tons. |
