Additional Information 2nd ship of the sonamed "Royal Viking Star" class (3 vessels), also see >Albatros< and >Black Watch< - the ship was lengthened in 1982 by 28 meters at the shipyard AG Weser, Bremerhaven, Federal Republic of Germany - after change of manager, operator and owner - now with changed hull painting and currently with the additional special labelling on the hull and on the front side of the superstructure "The Royal British Legion" due to the occasion of the 75th anniversary celebration of "D-Day" on June 6th 1944 in Normandy, France. - on May 17th 2021 the ship arrived Aliaga, Turkey and was beached the same day for demolition by Ersay Gemi Geri Dönüsüm Ithalat Ihracat Nakliyat Sanayi ve Tikaret A.S.
