? vessels - in 2020 the ship was renamed >Millennial Spirit< - according to Vesseltracker: The >Millennial Spirit< with a Russian crew on board was hit by two missiles on February 24th 2022 about 12 nautical miles south of the port of Odessa, Ukraine, near Pivdenny, injuring two people. One missile hit the superstructure, and another the midbody. It was unclear who had fired at the vessel. The two seriously injured seafarers were taken to hospital. The ship, loaded with 600 tons gasoline, went ablaze - according to "Equasis.org": total loss (status of February 25th 2022) - on the morning of July 7th 2022, she was torpedoed by the Russian air force and sank |
