on October 20th 2016 the ship suffered a fire in Antwerp, Belgium. The damages to the ship were too
important to be repaired. Therefore >Silver Sky< would have no other option than to be broken up. Seven months later she was towed to Aliaga, Turkey, arrived on June 14th 2017 and was beached June 15th (also photo evidences on the web). |
