Additional Information once built as fishing vessel for the purse seine fishery (Danish Snurrevod). This type was built from about 1890. It is characterized by the elliptic tail. These fishing boats were equipped with engines, and sparked off the sails as the main drive. However, most still carried the auxiliary sails. Current use for private as well as cultural, sporting and social purposes. For more information: please visit www.victor-jara.de (only in German language).
