single ship - in the meantime the original cargo gear was partly dismantled, still equipped with 2 derricks of a lifting capacity of 2 ts each - in 2014 the ship was renamed >Yusuf Celal< - according to "WSS Marine News": stranded in heavy weather on March 13th 2019 in Topagac Koyu off Topagac, Marmara, Turkey in position 40.36.17N, 027.40.15E. The ship sank after damage to the forward hull. Local fishermen saved the crew with one injured. The ship had been on a voyage from Saraylar, Turkey with aggregates. According to "Shipspotting.com": on August 1st 2019 beached Aliaga, Turkey for demolition - according to Vesseltracker: broken up, beached Aliaga, Turkey on July 9th 2019 |
