3rd ship of the sonamed "Royal Viking Star" class (3 vessels), also see >Black Watch< and >Boudicca< - the ship was lengthened in 1983 by 28 meters at the shipyard AG Weser, Bremerhaven, Federal Republic of Germany - in October 2020 the ship was sold to Pick Albatros Group, Egypt and arrived in Hurghada, Egypt on November 11th 2020, where it should be used as a stationary hotel ship in the future - on July 25th 2021 the ship arrived Alang, India and was beached July 27th at Plot No. 120 for demolition by G.K. Steel Ship Breakers, Bhavnagar |
