3rd ship of a series of identically constructed multi purpose dry cargo ships of Sietas standard type 161 (no German ice class, 1 welded deck), also see >Wilma< and >Annemieke< - equipped with 2 cranes of a lifting capacity of 275 ts each and 1 crane of 150 ts, deck cargo area: 2,120 mē - also see >Paula< (type 161a) as well as >Annette< (type 161b) - in 2015 the ship was first renamed >Lena J< and then >BBC Lena< - on March 24th 2018 the ship arrived Alang, India and was beached at Plot No. 52(M) on March 30th for demolition by Prakesh Re-Rollers Pvt. Ltd., Bhavnagar |
